Hi @FACEIT_Darwin I recently had a match where my internet connection dropped and I was unable to reconnect. Because of that, I received the leaver penalty, lost 60 ELO instead of the normal 30, and got a cooldown. 1/3

I understand that disconnects are usually the player's responsibility, and I'm not asking for special treatment. However, I contacted support because I wanted to know if there was any way to appeal the extra ELO loss caused by the leaver penalty. 2/3

3/3 support repeatedly told me that I was using the wrong channel for this type of appeal, but they never explained which channel I should use. After asking multiple times, I still didn't receive any guidance Could you please clarify the correct process Thank you for your time.
