Let me tell you about Account Abstraction (AA) simply.
Account Abstraction became a buzzword cause Vitalik blogged about ERC-4337 exactly 3 years ago. Dubbed as โThe Dreamโ of the Ethereum Developer Community, Account Abstraction enables users to have a better experience akin to interacting with Web2 protocols. This makes the process more seamless for ordinary users to interact with blockchains.
Jumping to today, crypto has taken the buzzword to the next level and introduced creative ways to implement account abstraction. Internโs favorite way is of course the Web2 features with seamless Web3 elements.
Intern has been very busy curating his own @Follow_app feeds, for optimized information consumption. Ainโt no way he browses through 30 tabs aggravating his ADHD.
See, Follow implements AA in a way where transition of Web2 users to Web3 isnโt forced. Itโs seamless. When you create an account in Follow you can perform your usual Web2 activities but also integrated in Web3 through social tokens that you earn passively just by using the platform.
