Germie Bernard on his Faith: “Now that I have a deeper relationship with God, I can look back and see how He was working through all of those different paths to prepare me for the moment I'm in today. When I look at it now, I think, 'Man, I'm so blessed that I went through all of that.' It was tough being 17 and going through those experiences at such a young age. But I found my faith, leaned on my faith, and came to understand the journey and the purpose God has for me.” #Steelers #NFL

It’s incredibly refreshing to watch every single player stand for the National Anthem during the World Series, with their hand over their heart in honor & respect for America & the military members who served/are serving & those that paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Take notes @AtlantaDream & @valkyries. This is how it’s done.

High school athletics is fascinating because the same parent who demands accountability from coaches will explain why their child shouldn't have consequences for missing three practices.
Accountability is apparently a one-way street.

Out of respect for the spirit of revival that is taking place around the world, I humbly ask if everyone on my timeline who believes in the power of prayer would you please stop what you're doing to just take a moment, and post this short prayer. Not all will but I hope some will.
II Chronicles 7:14
Lord we need you ! Please sweep across this nation and heal this land. Restore our strength, renew our minds, and banish everything that is not of You.
In Jesus Christ’s name we pray.
Amen.
Thank you.
I copied and pasted. You can too….

Hey LeBron James, this is how professional athletes with class act during the singing of the national anthem.
This was an amazing rendition at the World Series tonight!

🚨 BOOM: After LeBron James disrespected the national anthem, Enes Kanter Freedom just offered to fly LeBron to IRAN, CUBA or NORTH KOREA
"I'd like to talk to LeBron directly right now."
"I'd like to buy YOUR first class ticket and send you to countries like Iran...North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, see if you can disrespect THEIR flag!"
"He was just disrespecting our flag, our country and our veterans."
Enes knows what he's talking about. HE fled persecution himself!
LeBron got rich in the freest country on earth but won't do ANY of this on Chinese territory to THEIR flag.
Self-deport, traitor!

DK Metcalf, asked if there was a country he would like to play a next international game at:
“No, sir, because I really don’t like traveling outside the U.S. to play football.”

If you thought the WNBA learned its lesson and would respect the national anthem at Game 3 of the Finals, you were wrong. The Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries left the court before the anthem for the third straight game on Wednesday night in Atlanta. Both teams jogged off just before it started and returned seconds after it ended, even though league rules require players to stand and line up for it. The league still has not commented.
At the same game, Enes Freedom bought a courtside ticket and was told he could not sit in the seat he purchased. State Farm Arena and the Dream directed him to a private suite, citing safety concerns after he contacted authorities. Freedom refused and said he wanted the seat he paid for. Security and police then blocked him from entering as a regular ticket holder. He was previously banned from Chicago’s arena after wearing a shirt defining a woman as an adult human female.
The anthem absences and the seating restriction happened in the same building on the same night. Players can leave the floor for the national anthem with no explanation, while a former NBA player with a clear view on women’s sports gets steered away from the seat he bought. The league has not disciplined the teams and has not explained why Freedom’s ticket was not honored.
This is the pattern. The WNBA prioritizes its narrative over the sport and over basic consistency for players and fans. It treats standing for the anthem as optional and treats certain ticket holders as optional too.
Focus on basketball and respect the country that made the league possible. Otherwise the fans who already stopped watching have no reason to come back.

Kid Rock says standing with Donald Trump cost him every single corporate deal, but he doesn't care—he puts God, family, and AMERICA first.
That is what REAL patriotism looks like. Drop a 🔥 if you stand with Kid Rock! 🇺🇸

🚨 WOW! President Trump just demanded an IMMEDIATE apology from Lebron James to servicemembers and their families for disrespecting the national anthem before the game
"I said right from the beginning that he’s no good, a TOTAL DISGRACE. LeBron James should apologize to all of those Great American Warriors and Heroes who died for the American Flag, and all that our Country stands for!" 🙏🏻
SPOT ON. What a disgusting move.
Cameras caught LeBron practicing his GOLF SWING and shooting form during the anthem
He's made over a BILLION dollars in this country. He can't spare two minutes for the flag?

Instead of playing a bunch of NFL games overseas, we should focus on having NFL games in states and cities that don’t have a team.
A few cities that come to mind are…
• Salt Lake City, UT
• Austin, TX
• Bozeman, MT
• Fargo, ND
Prioritize the United States! 🇺🇸

LeBron James decided to make a spectacle of himself during the national anthem before his Sixers debut against the Knicks on Tuesday at Madison Square Garden. At least he was there, unlike the WNBA players who skipped the anthem entirely during their finals. But James still couldn’t stand at attention.
Video shows him swinging his arms in practice golf swings and going through shooting motions while the anthem played. The national anthem is two minutes. Standing still and facing the flag isn’t a heavy lift. James is rich in money but short on respect for the country that made him.
Countless American service members have given their lives so that this country still exists and so that someone like James can earn more than a billion dollars playing basketball in it. The least he can do is stand at attention for the anthem. Warm-up swings can wait until the song ends. Standing at attention is the minimum. He didn’t meet it.
James knows the cameras are always watching his every move. Refusing basic respect for the anthem is a deliberate statement about how he feels about America. Shame on him.

Steelers defense the last two weeks:
- Held Jonathan Taylor to 45 yards on 15 carries
- Held Bucky Irving to 46 yards on 19 carries
- Allowed 2 total touchdowns
There's some in-game things that frustrate you but big-picture, this unit has done its job. #Steelers

No flag. Egregious non-call.
