„One road that led to the party-ban clause in Germany’s current constitution begins in Anhalt. It was in Dessau, in May 1932, in the capital of the state of Anhalt on the river Mulde, that the National Socialist ä German Workers’ Party (NSDAP) elected for the first time a prime minister of one of the states of the Weimar Republic.
His name – Alfred Freyberg – has long since been forgotten. What has not been forgotten is what followed his electoral success.
Germany’s democracy collapsed. Within less than a year, the leader of the NSDAP repeated this feat at the level of the Republic and was elected chancellor in January 1933: Adolf Hitler.“

Putin bereitet einen militärischen Angriff auf Europas Demokratien vor.
Er überzieht die Ukraine mit Angriffen auf zivile Infrastruktur. Der nächste Winter wird dort noch schlimmer als der letzte.
Russische Drohnen bedrohen Deutschland. Mit Tod.
Und die AfD steht in den allerwichtigsten Frage der Zeit - Krieg oder Frieden, Abschreckung oder Appeasement, mit Demokraten oder mit dem Aggressor - komplett auf der Seite der Feinde.
Sie steht auf der Seite Putins - seit 2015 die grösste Fluchtursache (für Millionen) in Europa. Sie will, wie er, die EU zerstören, die Ukraine opfern, ein erpressbares Deutschland ohne Abschreckung.
Und darum geht es auch in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Wer das ignoriert, ist blind, oder dumm, gekauft, oder im Herzen ein Anhänger des russischen Diktators.

Russians have been warning us, the Baltic states, since the early 1990s —nothing new. What’s new is that, in making warnings against us, Russia now warns the entire Western alliance. In addition, the threats from U.S. President-elect Trump directed at Denmark and Canada are not helpful. Russia might get the false impression that the NATO alliance is falling apart right before their eyes.
No weekend without russian threats.
All Baltic countries should belong to russia, the Lithuanian army will not last even a day in the confrontation with the russian Federation, - russian MP Zhuravlev.
He added that Lithuania should keep quiet and not launch verbal attacks on russia. He also stated that the Suvalk corridor is useful for the russian Federation, as it will allow organizing land deliveries to the Kaliningrad region.

Men akademikern Gerard Knaus, som var idégivaren till migrationsuppgörelsen mellan EU och Turkiet som hjälpt till att säkra Unionens östra gräns. konstaterar på besök i Rwanda - Afrikas kanske mest välordnade land - att mottagningscenter han besöker är anständiga. Varför en del av kritiken mot policyn faller. Storbritannien har, som bekant, slutit avtal med Rwanda om att ta emot asylsökanden till Storbritannien tills deras ärende avgjorts. Men Knaus säger därutöver att Rwanda erbjuder permanent uppehållstillstånd som alternativ till asylanterna, ett uppehälle, som det verkar, sponsras/betalas av Storbritannien. Non refoulment garanterad.

This is a good judgement in 🇬🇧.
It confirms that safe third country agreements in line with ECHR & Refugee convention are possible.
The third UK court to do so.
It confirms what 🇬🇧 appeals court found this summer: Rwanda is “not yet” a safe third country because of risk of refoulement due to its asylum system. This must - and can - be addressed.
It confirms that courts will defend standards even where governments declare a country safe.
Safe countries are the key to humane control.
So is respect for ECHR.
They must now be brought together.
