How come there aren't more/any (assistant) coaches that are previous players? I feel like there is so much benefit in having a players mind from the outside looking in, especially with no in-game emotions running. Neutral standpoints on in game conflicts between players, high level understanding of mechanics/in game decision making, knowledge of day to day life as a player and what helps them, and can't forget the ability to stand-in if needed (scrims included).

throwing out hella allegations with no proof is crazy, clearly some match fixing is going on but witch hunting is not the way to go about it innocent until proven guilty, @QueenBobsta turned down crazy opportunities to play on F/A teams or low salary, they're not match fixing

It sucks seeing Valorant struggle because a $20+ billion dollar company can't afford the ESSENTIAL things for 1/10th the price of what they pay for unnecessary things. After being out of the scene and knowing where a lot of the money goes, I assure you it makes no sense :) GLHF
