Since 2017 I've been building Leon AI: an open-source personal AI assistant focused on privacy, local-first execution, deterministic skills, memory, and a deep agentic loop.
This video is longer than usual but it centralizes the mission, installation, condensed demo, architecture direction, traction, and what's coming next.
Leon is not a thin wrapper around existing AI tools. It is my long-term attempt to bring personal AI into people's lives in a way that remains useful, private, extensible and trustworthy.
