Just finished "The 48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene. This is the second book I have read by Greene, and he is becoming one of my favorite authors; I highly recommend recommend you pick up one of his books. goodreads.com/book/show/1303…

As a Leader its ok for people to call you firm, tough, direct, and demanding. But don't give them a reason to call you inconsistent and unfair.
If meetings are a pain in the ass you will act accordingly & you will miss a great leadership opportunity as well as learning opportunity.
Its always your choice.
Leaders are just real people with an extraordinary determination to win!
