The fact that she’ll put these on AND have her pic taken could mean: 1) She missed @cfless & me desperately while we were @ #NCSM24 & #NCTMCHI24. 2) She actually loves math as much as we do. 3) She’s an amazing kid who will cheese it up with her dad. 4) All of the above.

I guess @NCTM liked it, too. 🤣 Thanks, @iteachthewhy, for catching this on the board!

I mean, this pretty much sums up my experiences at #NCSM24 and #NCTMCHI24 this week. Taking a pic with @jennalaib and @Sneffleupagus photobombs. I absolutely love this community of thinkers, Mathers, and friends.

Thank you, @NCTM, for another amazing conference! Sad it’s the last day of #NCTMCHI24, but so grateful for the time to connect and reflect. @teedjvt @marriamath @CFless @MsRepkinMath @DrCoKoMcGee @KristenMAcosta

The #wearewayne crew has showed up en masse at #NCTMCHI24! It’s always fun to see familiar faces at these conferences - especially faces of amazing educators from my own hometown. 💙

Today’s the day! @cfless and I are so excited to present at #NCTMCHI24. Join us at our session, “Using Student Work Samples as Mentor Texts: Elevating Children’s Voices in Mathematics Classrooms” at 11:00. Looking forward to learning alongside all of you!
