Mrs. Wrighter continues to use graphic organizers and anchor charts during her whole-group instruction! These visual supports help diverse learners organize their thinking, make connections, and better understand new concepts. When we make learning visible, EVERY student succeeds
Mr. Goode’s students exploring U.S. geography through interactive notebooks filled with cutting, gluing, & content! This hands-on strategy helps students actively engage with new information, strengthen their understanding, & create meaningful learning resources they can revisit.
Mr. Clark is maximizing learning with Must Dos & May Dos! These stations build student ownership while creating opportunities for small-group instruction & targeted push-in support. A great example of structuring learning to meet students where they are & help every Gator grow!
Mrs. Cromwell doesn’t stop moving during her language arts block! She is constantly circulating, listening as students partner-read text from Benchmark, and providing support along the way. This strategy allows her to monitor student progress in real time & provide feedback.
Greenwood and Glen Allen High School collaboration under the Friday Night Lights! We love our community.
You can literally feel the passion in Mr. Clark & Mrs. Owen’s classroom! Our Greenwood Gators are so lucky to have teachers who care deeply about their students learning, growing, & believing in themselves. Thank you for creating a classroom where students feel supported!

Creativity was on full display in Theatre Club! Our actors and chorus members played “Props,” using one item in as many different ways as possible while their classmates guessed what they were creating. So much creativity, confidence, and laughter!
Great surprise on our announcements featuring the legend, Mrs. Jackson! She participated in our Convocation music challenge and gave some incredible advice to our 5th grade seniors.
