CREEPZ UPDATE 🦎
@creepz are now trading exclusively on OpenSea following the Payment Processor exploit.
But this creates another problem:
• 1,128 Creepz were stolen
• Attackers immediately dumped them into Blur bids
• Some were bought by people who had no idea they were purchasing stolen assets
• OpenSea then flagged reported stolen Creepz, preventing them from being sold there
• Now Creepz has blocked Blur and other marketplaces from settling trades

So what happens to the people who unknowingly bought these stolen Creepz?
They hold the NFT onchain, but if it’s flagged, they currently can’t sell it on the only marketplace where Creepz can trade.

Protecting the original holders absolutely matters.
But there’s now a second group caught in this mess too:
The buyers who purchased these assets after the exploit without knowing where they came from.

Going to be interesting to see how Creepz, @opensea and the community handle this part of the fallout.

CREEPZ EXPLOIT UPDATE
@creepz looks to have been one of the collections hit hardest by yesterday’s Payment Processor exploit.
• 186 Creepz holder wallets were affected
• 1,128 Creepz were stolen by attackers
• The stolen Creepz were dumped into Blur bids almost immediately
• Estimated holder value lost: ~169 ETH / ~$454K, using the pre attack 0.15 ETH sale price
• Attackers only realized roughly 39 to 43 ETH, averaging about 0.035 ETH per Creepz
• Another 53 Creepz from 12 wallets were rescued by @0xQuit and are safe
• Across the wider exploit, roughly 7,900 NFTs were stolen from 1,786 wallets
• That means Creepz alone accounted for roughly 1 in every 7 NFTs stolen
Important distinction: the Creepz contract itself was not hacked. The attack came through old Payment Processor approvals on @MagicEden.
If you ever used Magic Eden during that period, revoke those approvals even if you weren’t affected.

So I traced the money. Every hop is public and verifiable on Etherscan.
The deposit wallet I paid collected $7.99M from 143 wallets over six months. It kept nothing. Every deposit was swept within minutes into a 3-of-5 multisig treasury.
That treasury handled $19.2M in stablecoins. Today it holds $0.77.
Where the chain says it went:
- $5.5M into two Coinbase deposit addresses (Dec 2024 to Apr 2025)
- $4.4M into a Binance deposit address (Apr 2025)
- $8.2M into an unlabeled settlement wallet with $691M of lifetime volume
- $1.1M through an ops wallet into another unnamed service
Every one of those outflows happened before the acquisition.
I am not naming anyone, and I don't need to. Coinbase and Binance know exactly whose accounts those deposit addresses belong to.

- zero communication
- website frozen in time
- socials completely silent
- @ysiu and billion giant Animoca
ignoring every question
about SOMO
and on top of it - we don’t even
know any representative of the
project right now.
this doesn’t look right from
any angle.
i and my frens invested in
$SOMO about ~850
days ago. the token still
hasn’t launched.
i know refunds are possible
- some bigger KOLs already
got theirs back.
