Just started watching Though I Am An Inept Villainess and I'm just incredibly confused at what this show is trying to do. It wants me to care for these conflicts and the characters surrounding them, but it does literally nothing right with the bodyswap gimmick. (1/?)

These first 3 episodes did not impress me so far. It's a very pretty anime, it reminds me a lot of Apothecary Diaries but just like that series it seems to give up on it's writing potential for the sake of appealing to heterosexual shoujosei tropes, (5/?)
