For me, @X is my public scrapbook. I come here to share whatever I have experienced, learned, and what has worked for me, what moved me, what helped me, what transformed me, what brought me closer to truth in my life. I share freely, because I believe that whatever we learn, if we share it freely, it becomes more alive. Knowledge doesn’t belong to us- it belongs to the Universe. Whether it’s Yoga, Scriptures, Technology, or simply Life- it is Universal. Nothings belongs to us. So, whatever I share is my offering back to the source. Take what serves you, leave what doesn’t. 🙏
Our Upanishads were born from some of the deepest questions about Life, Death, Consciousness & Existence. But now we have stopped inquiring- only blind beliefs. We have forgotten our own civilisational history & from where we are coming.
The world keeps changing but human beings don’t. We may be a more prosperous and advanced world today that humanity has ever seen, but we have same inner conflicts that previous generations had. Even if we migrate to Mars one day, we’ll migrate with our inner conflicts/demons.
Death is the only certainty that’s certain, So please don’t wait for death to remind you how precious life was.
Human greed has no limits. If it was possible, we would have taken all our possessions with us after leaving the world. Thankfully, that’s not a possibility.
Whether it’s the Bible, or the Bhagavad Gita, the Ramayana, Upanishads, Shiva Sutras, Yoga Sutras- just by reading them without imbibing the values and living the words that’s written- it’s just intellectual addition to your vocabulary or knowledge.
We have turned our scriptures into a joke. Anyone can twist facts as per one’s agenda, make content, serials, movies- earn money. Full entertainment show- this is what happens when you turn wisdom into business. No one’s imbibing anything, only profiteering.
If this is true all I will say that for humans, GOD is just a product or a matter of convenience. I normally don’t comment on such things but as I was reading about the soon to be released “Ramayana”- apparently the English cut version has toned down divinity part of Lord Ram. Quoting Google AI- “The English Version: Frames Rama through a western fantasy lens—specifically describing him as "not a God, but a man" who stands as humanity's hope against Ravana. Dialogues mentioning complex religious concepts like Dharma and Brahma have been streamlined or entirely omitted.” Focus on Humanity vs. Divinity. The narrative tone has been completely reframed for the English-language market. The Hindi Version: Focuses heavily on the deep cultural context, explicitly introducing Prince Rama as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu and dedicating screen time to character lore like Dashrath, Kaikeyi, and Surpanakha.
So Lord Ram will be shown as GOD incarnation in Hindi market and only Human in English market.
For centuries, Sri Ram & Sri Krishna (7th & 8th Avatars of Vishnu) have captured the imagination of Indian subcontinent. Ramayana & Mahabharata are considered as soul scriptures of Sanatan Dharma. But have we really understood the main protagonists of these scriptures?
SHIVA is immeasurable, eternal. And he is inexpressible, beyond words. We cannot describe the magnitude of the infinite.
In our excitement to remove every human difficulty, we may also remove some of the very experiences through which human intelligence develops.
A crystal can reflect every colour placed beside it and still know nothing. Kashmir Shaivism uses this difference to explain Shiva- not simply the light in which things appear, but the awareness that knows they appear. Before trying to know Shiva, we may need to ask what makes knowing possible at all.
Shiva Sutra 1.21- शुद्धविद्योदयाच्चक्रेशत्वसिद्धिः
With the rise of pure knowledge comes mastery of the wheel of powers. Here, pure knowledge is the recognition, “I am the whole.”
