You know what’s sad? Reality hits when you realize na konting ganap lang sa buhay, short ka na agad sa next cut-off. Konting treat lang sa sarili, parang kailangan mo pang pag-isipan nang sampung beses. Kahit sabihin mong matipid ka naman, budgeted lahat, and you’re trying your best to manage your finances.
It’s hard living paycheck to paycheck. May we never find ourselves in a situation where we have to desperately look for money just to get by. 🙏
We just want to live comfortably, pay our bills, enjoy the little things, and get through each cut-off without constantly worrying about money. Is that too much to ask?

six years later, and they still exchange those little glances that only the two of them could possibly understand, then smile and get shy about it. even in a room full of people, they can't seem to help themselves. i don't think even dramas could portray a love like theirs. i'm just as in awe of them as i am of the love they share

Mass lay offs everywhere from friends and friend of friends. Tapos papalapit pa ang pasko na hindi naman maramdaman. Tapos super El Niño pa. Tapos yung gobyerno natin parang hinayaan na lang tayo. Tapos kung malagpasan natin mga to, gagasgasin na naman yung resilience. Kapagod.
