You shouldn't always be busy, on your phone. doomscrolling Twitter, consuming.
This is hard to do given how everyone is addicted to cheap dopamine from social media. But if you can break out of this you beat everyone else.
You need to give space for your mind to wander and actually think about things.
You need to go on a walk with no music. Sit somewhere and do nothing. Let your brain get bored enough to start thinking.
You can't always make decisions from a room in an office reacting to fires.
