clayface solidified now
Watched “Clayface.” I wasn’t familiar with the character from DC, but I enjoyed the film. I’ve always loved the science fiction films of the 1950s and ’60s, particularly those about lonely men who gradually transform into something monstrous through scientific experiments, accidents, clinical trials, and the like. Richard Matheson’s novel “The Shrinking Man” (1956), and films such as “The Fly” (1958) and “4D Man” (1959). The facial disfigurement also reminded me of “Eyes Without a Face” (1959), “The Face of Another” (1966), and “The Skin I Live In” (2011). As a body horror film, “Clayface” will undoubtedly be compared to “The Fly” (1986) and “The Substance” (2024). But this is the story of a method actor who can become anyone through his performances, only to suffer a disfiguring facial injury and eventually gain the extraordinary ability to physically transform into anyone. Whether you see it as the story of a man who takes his revenge and descends into villainy, or as a tragedy, changes the very face of the film. While I was there, I also picked up a reprint of the original theatrical pamphlet for “The Man Who Stole the Sun.”
Horrific unserious filmmaking, mediocre acting, with an even worse script, story is a generic predictable nothing burger. Waste of time and money, hated almost every minute of this.
Only thing redeemable is the cosmetics and effects.

women with this specific smile can have the world
what a fucking dumb idea. bro didn’t wanna be typecast for playing Superman and yet ended up still only being known for this role
Tom Welling says he tried to walk away from Superman entirely after discovering his multi million dollar script was just a pathetic high school teen drama.
"It wasn't that crystal clear. What happened was it was a lot of auditions going on because it was pilot season and they weren't releasing the script".
"And my management at the time was like, 'That means it's either not good or they don't have a script.'"
"And it wasn't until David Nutter who directed the pilot called and said, 'Tom can come in and read the script, he has to sign an NDA.'"
"And I read the script and I was like, 'Oh, this isn't even about Superman. This is about a kid in high school trying to figure out who he is.'"
"And that's where we then got into the idea that no flights, no tights, which is like, I'm not putting on the suit, right?"

greatest game of all time
This is the RAREST Encounter in Red Dead Redemption 2 that Most Players Missed.
Early in Chapter 2, if you complete the main story missions in a specific order. You can come across these settlers who visit the Camp.
It also seems like Rockstar didn't think players would trigger this encounter cause the audio is buggy, and some of the voice lines cut off midway
