The conditional pardon itself is unconstitutional. There are no laws for house arrest. The king has no power to just make up a law without the consent of parliament.

Anti-migrant agitator Daniel Thomas has pleaded not guilty to criminal damage after he was accused of slashing a boat in the Channel with an emergency responder on board. He also pleaded not guilty to not giving police the PIN to his phone.
His followers have been out showing their support since his arrest. Fellow far-right activist Tommy Robinson was among those who attended the hearing.
Just wondering, for the young smokers studying in the UK, don't you find smoking here ridiculously expensive? Even the cheapest pack is £15.25 (RM83). Give quitting a go. It's definitely hard, but it's not impossible.
