Update: I had a connection in Mojang that contacted Xbox support internally. I had to make a new account but they moved my Xbox account and Minecraft account to my new account! I did pretty much get what I wanted back! Just not the actual account or OneDrive 😅 But I am happy 💜

Someone logged into my Microsoft account despite having email/phone/app 2fa. They removed all security info and replaced it all with theirs. I submitted a recovery form and they refused it. And now the person that has my account is asking me for money? #Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps

They've now archived my case. Claiming because I use Minecraft and Discord that I gave the code to someone... I was literally watching the football in my living room with friends. No offer to remove my banking details or remove the account or move what I own to a new account...

This was the response, telling me I should make a new account and keep my account secure this time (I had 2fa on) but if my account is secure and I lose access then I shouldnt have it secure to get it back? make it make sense. No offer to even remove my banking details ??

Why on earth would I even want to make another account if this is how I am treated with the one I have had for this long?

@Minecraft @Mojang @MojangSupport Someone could be impersonating a Minecraft creator, I thought you supported your community? You can literally see me in multiple Minecraft LIVE preshows, even invited as a guest to talk on the discord aftershow? But apparently that is not enough?
