Been a while but loved being back at SGP delivering on the AYA FP Psychology block. Brought back some amazing times and memories. Was great to get back to my roots and the phase that I am so passionate about. Always an honour to present and truly grateful 🙏🏻 ⚽️#neuroscience
Cheers to 2025 🥂. This year I’ve become a DR, we’ve started the Human Development department at Brentford Academy. Been to a Women’s Euro Champs and exciting opportunities ready for 2026. Its time now for a recharge, relax and some reflection time along with making memories ❤️
Finally got my hands on this. Feels like a lifetime ago along with closure. Looking back through the work and reflecting on how far it has already progressed fills me with a lot of pride 🙏🏻 Some exciting things ahead and looking forward to progressing the application further 🧠⚽️
Thank you @ColumbusCrew. Loved observing the U18s, meeting with different staff members along with presenting a workshop to all academy staff on Neuroscience and its application into an Academy. It was great to get an insight into Academy football in the USA 🙌🏼⚽️🧠#neuroscience
A great few days of learning and connecting at the Polyvagal Institute conference in Jacksonville. Reinforcing a the importance of Play, Safety, Trust, Connection and Co-Regulation along with the impact of Trauma. Exciting times ahead with some collaborations 🧠⚽️#neuroscience

Loved being back at SGP delivering on FP Psych Block. Seeing familiar faces and having long overdue hugs. Talked all things Neuroscience and FP. This course was the catalyst for my psych and social curiosity and hope I evoked some curiosity with this cohort around this topic 🧠⚽️
Thank you for the invite ER to present on your coaching conference, it was great to be back. The presentation was underpinned by neuroscience and linked into behaviour, language, learning and self awareness along with providing some practical applications ⚽️🧠#grateful
An extremly nostalgic and emotional night being back at Belles. Thank you for asking me and I hope that the information shared will help support the player, staff and club🙏🏻 Week before @ChippyLC bday . . . That one was for you ❤️
Belles were honoured last night to have a session delivered by former Belles coach under Julie Chipchase, and current Human Performance Consultant with Norway Women, Sally Needham @sallyneed3.
Valuable insights from someone at the top of the game, giving an opportunity for short term impact and gaining the tools for long term success. 💛💙

Yesterday I successfully defended my Professional Doctorate in Elite Performance. It hasn’t just been a 4yr journey but a result of the people, experiences & opportunities that I have encountered. I am so grateful & appreciative of each & everyone that has supported me 🙌🏼⚽️🧠 #Dr
