Rwanda Experience
Uganda might still be great at so many things but Rwanda has taken things on a very huge level and it’s just a matter of time Kigali will be the go to most of Africa’s huge investments. This city is so beautiful, very clean at the airport all Ebola outbreak
Internet is relatively cheaper compared to Uganda but still the name companies @mtnug and @Airtel_Ug thats means our leaders should still be able to encourage these companies to make internet prices relatively affordable
Once you reach get a local sim it’s very easy to get the process takes less than 10minutes it will save you the huge prices of buying roaming bundles
Most people here are more good with their local languages so English ain’t widely used like in Uganda
In Rwanda Uber, Bolt etc are all not working they have their own call Yego it’s easy to use but the user interface needs improvement if they can borrow some ideas from Ugandas @farasboda app but it works well
@KCCAUG should get our new leaders to come get afew tours maybe something will click in our leaders
I didn’t see gun everywhere like a country is in war like we see here in Uganda, most police officers have no guns paraded all over 😹
At the Airport all Ebola and other sensitive communications are made in their local languages as we all know tourism is a very sensitive business any miss communication can cause a very huge loss and it takes a lot of time to recover
