Thank you very much and it was our great fortune and honour to host you, premier @jjhorgan and GCIO @CjGcio in our office along with your support staff. It is truly a memorable moment for us at FreshWorks. – at Saanich, British Columbia
Shoutout to @FreshWorksApps for inviting @jjhorgan and I over for a tour. Great to meet the team that partnered with government on tools like the mobile BC Services Card and apps helpful in the fight against COVID-19.

This is by far one of the most impactful projects that our team was a part of. Thank you Steve and @Foundrybc team for the shoutout.
The feedback on the app has been stellar so far and we can’t wait to see continued engagement from young people to access mental health services.
At a time when in-person services have been reduced due to the pandemic, the new Foundry BC app and web portal makes it faster and easier for young people and their caregivers to access mental health services from anywhere in BC. Learn more: foundrybc.ca/virtual
The support and collaboration from the BC Ministry of Mental Health and Ministry of Health made it all possible. I know @lisabeare and @KahlonRav were avid supporters along with so many. Thank you. 🙏🏼
This is one of the coolest swag we have ever done at FW. When we started the company a few years ago, we didn’t have any parents.
And now, we have a growing number of parents and we are preparing our next generation of techies. ❤️
We are very excited that the first round of onesies arrived for all the parents on our team (with little ones small enough to fit them at least). We are grateful for all the contributions of these parents!

We love 🇨🇦 stories of leveraging #opensource to fight #coronavirus.@rumon @_jpfournier @samarthmod worked with #BCgov on an "expansive platform [that] dismantles the complexity surrounding self-isolation and gives citizens clear and simple guidance.”
freshworks.io/traveller-scre…
On April 5th, @rumon @_jpfournier and I connected with the BC Ministry of Health to discuss the possibilities of building a new digital service (Enhanced Traveller Screening) to support British Columbians returning from abroad to self isolate.
freshworks.io/traveller-scre…
The catch was, we had to deliver on April 10th (in just 5 days) to meet timelines from our Premier Horgan's announcement. Today, I’d like to share the story of how teams from MoH, GCPE, OCIO (thanks Rumon Carter), MOTI, ServiceBC and FreshWorks Studio came together...
& achieved this monumental feat by developing the screening system in 5 days. The speed at which BC has implemented various COVID-19 response plans has been a huge factor in our success with bending the curve.
