Needless to say if we don’t get a response pictures of ants falling through our ceiling, water leakage etc will go up here and this was a treat/break for my wife who underwent cancer treatment @jet2tweets #Jet2 #Complaint #HolidayNightmare
@jet2tweets we sent a complaint ref our holiday on the 10th September and have still not had a response. This was supposed to be within 28 days.
You need to sort your services out. We’ve paid our bills, you’ve acknowledged we have and we’re still getting final demand letters. My wife has epilepsy and gets stress related seizures. SORT IT.
@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp #PoorService #Disability #BritishGas
If she has a seizure due to this, it will be on you @BritishGas and believe me there will be legal action. Consider this as a first public warning that has gone on the record.

Our team is incredibly proud to have brought Changing Places to the Middle East for the first time in history.
It's the small first steps like this that make a larger impact over time. We hope to eventually see them everywhere in the UAE, the Middle East, all over the world.
Onwards and upwards. Looking forward to seeing our new offices @DirectAccessGp
Though we recieved the keys to our new office in Nantwich a few weeks ago, we didn't want to show anyone until a fresh coat of paint was administered and our iconic lime green blinds went up. Next on the agenda, furniture.
Watch this space (literally).

#Asda @asda @AsdaServiceTeam my wife has had nothing but problems with your customer services. She has tried ringing repeatedly and even heard one of your colleagues say ‘just hang up’ Please can we have an email address to cancel the delivery plan. #PoorCustomerService #Rubbish
🏆Last night @DirectAccessGp won the ‘Team of the Year’ award at the tenth annual Insider North West International Trade Awards🏆

I am sorry I was unable to pick up the award personally due to being at Dubai Expo2020 and Steve was in Paris (picking up another award) However It was most fitting and almost poetic that she was able to pick up the award in our absence.
In addition to the team, we need to thank the Department for International Trade (DIT) but most of all our most treasured trade advisor who has believed in us since day one @Veronic69765923 Without you none of this would have been possible.
I would like to thank the sponsors of the award #CardinalMaritime, the people who nominated us, my incredible right hand man Steve Dering and my team Andrew Lee, Tom Morgan, Michael Miller, Jude Mifsud, Karen Evans and Sophie Malton.
