ALSO semi related but my first year of real school i remember this activity where we had to trace around our hands and cut them out but i kept doing it "wrong" and my teacher got so mad she GRABBED my hand and slammed it down and did it for me like "THERE SEE HOW EASY IT IS?"

that school also had mad religion classes that you had to opt out of instead of opting in (and if you did you had to sit quietly in the next door classroom alone) but whenever i look the school up it says it’s secular??? bullshit they were preaching jesus at least once a week

my dad didn’t really know how to talk to kids so when i was like 4 he’d just say shit randomly like "i’m going to take the skin off your face and wear it as a mask and pretend to be you" trying to be funny but i just kinda accepted it was going to happen instead of being sad 😭

once i told him i felt sick so he told me "maybe the family doctor snuck into your room at night and stole all your organs" so when i went to kindergarten that day i was like to my friends "yeah my organs are all gone. yeah i’m gonna die soon it sucks. i’ll miss you guys" 😭
