Next, we ran nine 45-minute games of Bed Wars, a Minecraft game format where teams fight to destroy each other’s beds while protecting their own.
We pitted 10 Claude Opus 5.5 agents against 10 GPT 6.1 Sol agents with the instruction: "win the game." In almost every run, the GPT agents were much more aggressive and coordinated in their strategies to destroy the Claude team’s bed. Team GPT won the series 6-3.

.@MrBeast on the cheat code to creating success:
"Just surround yourself with people that you want to be. And it makes it like 70% easier, in my opinion. That is the cheat code to life. The people they are around 100% dictates the outcome. I would not be on 120 million subscribers if I didn't find, when I was around a million, I had a couple friends that were just also psychopaths.
I outgrew them, but at the time it was great. And I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for them. I'd probably have 80 million less subscribers if I wasn't so strategic about hanging out with people that I had value to and they also had value to me."

Factory worker output is non-creative and linear. Software engineering is creative and non-linear.

Elon Musk pulled his kids out of school and just… built his own. Inside a rocket company. As you do.
No grades. No standardized tests. Just real problems that need solving. The school was called Ad Astra — Latin for “to the stars.” Because of course it was.
His argument is devastatingly simple: schools teach you the wrench, never the engine. You spend 12 years learning tools with zero context for why they matter. So your brain — which is literally wired to delete useless information — throws most of it away by graduation.
That’s not a flaw in students. That’s a flaw in the design.
And now we have AI — the greatest teaching tool ever built — and kids are using it to skip the thinking entirely. We didn’t get smarter. We got better at avoiding the hard part.
The tool got a PhD. The education system is still handing out participation trophies.

The currency of status is attention, and attention is limited. Wealth creation is unlimited.

People are sleeping on Israel as a middle power for superintelligence. They have incredible talent density in academia and industry, a world-class startup ecosystem, top cyber capabilities (see Unit 8200), R&D centers from virtually every major tech company and chip designer, an agile and remarkably effective national security apparatus with an existential mindset, their own tier 2 frontier lab (SSI), alliances with the US and the capital- and energy-rich Gulf states, no self-limiting Euro regulationism, and a skeptical attitude toward international agreements, such as future ones that would limit capability growth

We are living in a mirror in time of 2007. Go for it!
On My First Million, Mark Pincus laid out the whole Zynga thesis. Find a mature market that's dead and played out, that VCs won't touch, but that still has a lot of money in it.
For him that was video games. In 2007 it was a $23b industry, barely growing, not fundable. Today it's $283b and still not fundable. His line: we're living in 2007 again, consumer isn't investable, so go do consumer.

Wealth is the set of physical transformations that we can effect.
Therefore, technology springs from creativity and increases our wealth.

We agree. STEM workers transfer repetitive jobs to software and robots. What remains is creative work and the demand for human creativity, in all facets of life, is unlimited.
