most women founders I meet are SO good, but they're still out here having to work 10x harder just to get a meeting, let alone a cheque.
I've spent the last year scouting for exactly these founders. Our latest investment was in @SuperBryn_AI, an all-women founding team of total girlbosses building in the voice AI agents space. @nikkithashanker and @DrNeethuJoy are exactly who I'm talking about.
But I am not done yet and we are still looking for more such founders. honestly one of the best parts of my job is running @The_CXXO at @Kalaari, where we back women founder-CEOs ($500K–1.5M).
if you're seeing strong women-led companies raising seed/pre-seed, feel free to DM me or comment any referrals below. we move fast and we're genuinely trying to change how capital flows to women founders in India.
tis the season for diwali house parties. bro i loveee dressing up in a kurti just to sit cross legged on the floor, fight over 200 rs in teen patti, eat lays with dip and be offered a drink every 10 mins

the kalaari fellowship has been a j curve for my learning over the 2 years. This would be a great opportunity for anyone that resonates with the following -
> deep interest in the early stage startup ecosystem
> curious about frontier technologies and their broader implications on society
> social! you like talking to founders, operators, building communities, hosting events et al
> creative and original - you like building povs *and* presenting them in digestible formats like writing, decks, interactive websites etc etc etc
the role is a mixture of a lot of things but the ambiguity is a feature; which you can exploit to make the most out of this opportunity!
above all this fellowship is a court-side seat for arguably what is the best and most exciting quarters/halves/innings of our indian startup ecosystem.
if this excites you, do apply to our latest fellowship batch :)

Being able to see this vision of a first female founder residency come to life meant a lot.
@kalamazooooo , @inchara_p88711 & Harshita, many (myself included!) talk about ideas like this but you three just executed it, end to end. (and amazingly so)
Cohort 0, rooting for every single one of you! <3
