Being the LoP @RahulGandhi, I suggest you refrain from politicising every issue. Also, casually labelling commercial and legal matters as criminal is unacceptable.
You have repeatedly decried the successes of Indian industry & our entrepreneurs. Now, are you trying to incite our business leaders to join you in spreading distrust & toxicity?
For decades, your party had smothered the spirit of the Indian entrepreneurs under the stifling ‘Licence-Quota Raj’ & inflicted poverty on crores of Indians.
On the other hand, our government led by PM @narendramodi values the Indian industry as job creators & drivers of economic growth. Our policies have been tailored to enable enterprise, support industry and encourage investment.
Political parties, leaders, governments and institutions share an equal responsibility to support our industry, strengthen our farmers and secure the future of our youth.
Therefore, it is essential to engage constructively rather than casting baseless aspersions to suit your narrow political motives.
The Constitution of India ensures justice to all its citizens & our Honourable Courts are entrusted with upholding it. History is witness to the shoddy manner in which you, your party and the PMs belonging to your party have demeaned the judiciary.

Hope the SC will clearly see the big picture - that the ECI affidavit is a brazen attempt to save Gyanesh Kumar and to further destroy the institution instead of restoring its credibility. Election Commission's credibility and Gyanesh cannot co exist anymore. If SC can't see this truth it will be the saddest day for Indian judiciary and democracy.

Very significant hearing in the Supreme Court today in our Delhi SIR matter.
- The Court questioned why deleted voters (ASDD List) are being asked to fill Form 6 and make a false declaration that they are new voters, even though they were on the 2026 electoral roll. Court termed this a structural incongruity, which has to be addressed. Instead of filling Form 6, such people should be allowed to fill enumeration form or Form 8 for those who shifted.
- Details of 47 lakh people on the ASDD list must be easily accessible, in simple Hindi and in the local area at the booth or block level. ECI must reach out to such people as many of them would be labourers, hawkers, daily wagers etc.
- Deadline should be extended for filling of enumeration form or Form 8 as there are no elections scheduled to be held in Delhi.
- The bench clearly stated that they HAVE NOT ADJUDICATED upon the legality of Logical Discrepancy category. Said that it was not adjudicated upon in the Bihar SIR case and clarified that they had only allowed it as an interim measure for West Bengal.

The INDIA bloc is supposed to have a mega rally on 1st Nov at Ramlila Maidan protesting against ECI’s vote chori.
Since a few days, an org called “Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT)” has been opposing the rally claiming it will “hurt traders”.
But here’s what BJP is hiding:

👉 The advisor to CAIT is former BJP Minister Smriti Irani

👉 Today BJP President Nitin Nabin is holding a “protest” against the INDIA bloc rally and is claiming to be “in support of traders”

It is pathetic that BJP is hiding behind a trade organization run by their own MP & claiming that India Bloc protest will “affect traders”.

Basically they must have all got phone calls from Delhi to support the move. The same lot was publicly cursing UPA and Dr.MMS for bad policies in 2013. Now they are scared to criticise Modi but speak privately that he has destroyed the economy and markets. Modi and Amit Shah were gung ho about markets and publicly urged Indians to buy shares just before the 2024 Lok Sabha results, hinting at big gains. Since September 2024 Indian equities are down 25% while emerging market equities up 50% . India has seen net FII outflows of $62 billion since September 2024. And $150 billion net outflow last 5 years. Iam told more middle class people entered the market last 2 years than in 15 years before that. Will PM and HM take responsibility for calling upon small investors to enter the market in June 2024? Has any other PM urged people to buy shares before election results anywhere in the world? Mumbai elites will keep quiet and say nothing publicly.
