As a TCG player, the better I ate, the better I played. I’ve seen the same with my clients.
So I put it all in one free guide: what to eat, what to drink and how to manage caffeine on tournament day.
Here it is 👇

Officially launching Zompa's Kitchen, my coaching page on Metafy.
The stats speak for themselves, but I'm proudest of having led my team to the best win rate at the Pro Tour.
I'll help players prepare for tournaments, brew new lists, and step up their game.

After 3 Challenges going Split, Split and Top 4, and a lot of people asking me for a guide, I finally made one for Izzet Spellementals.
If you’re planning on playing it for your upcoming Standard RCQs, you can find the guide on Metafy here:

My full guide on Ornn is live, its 6 am in Singapore and I managed to finish what I consider a good product with room for add ons.
Many more VODs to come after Singapore, vacation didn't help with me doing many of these.
Hammer away!

Fight for your dreams guys, and make sure you have fun whilst doing so!
The people's champion @TheManLandTCG speaks on "the best gear deck" in Ornn and his magical run at #RQBarcelona.
I had the luck of being able to read this before it was published, and it’s a great guide that will definitely help improve your deck selection, no matter your level.👍
With the Modern Regional Championship season starting, I’ve made a new guide on how to choose the right deck.
From RCQs to Pro Tours, I cover how deck choice changes depending on the tournament, metagame, decklists and field.
