People nationally wonder why Texans are obsessed with @HEB.
It’s because they are the physical manifestation of the motto of Texas: Friendship.
They leap into action, no questions asked to help.
If you want to know what good corporate culture looks like, this is it.

CPG inspo 👀 Came across these beautifully-packaged bevvies in my local coffee shop this weekend. Lil’ breakdown from both a consumer’s & marketer’s lens below 👇
💧Sap's Active Hydration
- Standout can - 16oz tall can with highly saturated color tones
- Benefits strip around the top of the can has the core product benefit - rehydration - focused on the front of the can
- Unique flavor profile presented in high-contrast, bold lettering
- Core product features highlighted on the right side of the can (smart, most people are righties and will rotate that way first)
- “5x more hydration” comparison bolded below core product features
- QR code to learn more & buy again on the can (excellent retention play for combo DTC + retail brands).
- Use cases highlighted above nutrition facts on back of can
TLDR: Stands out well, clearly identifies product features, and effectively convinced me I should buy it.
🌴 CELZO Agua Fresca
- Beautiful slim cans - each flavor is a different color, and flavor descriptions are bold and clear at the bottom of each can
- Similar to Sap’s, product benefits highlighted on the right side of the can. Love this infographic-esque format for easy information consumption.
- Product features big and bold - calories, no fake sugars, gluten free, etc. Great for health-conscious consumers, so they don’t have to dig into nutrition facts. You can see these from the shelf when there are gaps.
TLDR: Big, bright, playful and beautiful. Expertly communicates core product information.
🍹 Phony Negroni
- Amazing product name; playful and effective at communicating that this is a non-alc drink
- VERY unique bottle with bold and bright packaging - absolutely stands out on the shelf. Lime green cap is great for catching eyes at lower shelf placement, too.
- Easy to read nutrition facts, which is great for health-conscious consumers
- No fluff on the label; just the basics
TLDR: Really great for standing out on crowded shelves. Could include more product info to really sell me on the taste/consumption experience in relation to a standard Negroni.
🥃 Bizzarro Spritz
- Unique can - mini can with Italian inspired design
- ABV clearly presented in bold, high-contrast font below product name
- Required messaging is placed vertically on the right side of the can, next to standard horizontal text with producer information and a general product description
- Left side of the can has notes on how consumers should prepare/drink the beverage, as well as some artful copy describing tasting notes in more detail
TLDR: Artful and unique. Tiny text is a bit hard to read, but overall a beautiful can.
More pics of each below as well! 😊 💚

Always read the label of your beverage:
Many energy drinks & sodas contain Erythritol as their sweetener
A recent study found it linked to:
- Strokes
- Heart Attacks
- Cardiac Issues
We choose to sweeten Sap's with Coconut Water Powder and Monk Fruit instead
