If a student asks you for an accommodation (ex. an extension) because of their mental health, what do you do? I'll tell you what I do. 1. Validate 2. Accommodate 3. THANK them for prioritizing their mental health! Teach youth that something positive comes out of asking for help.

Huge thank you to East Anglia Pet and Livestock in Brooks for a great deal on our beta fish for aquaponics. My classroom has grown by 10 (fishy) friends.

Even though I still get to see my students virtually for three more weeks, I couldn’t help but feel very emotional as I said goodbye to them today. However I am extremely grateful to have been face-to-face with them as long as we were

Paw Buddies planned to deliver this donation on Friday to BAPS, but as we all know, things rapidly changed. In light of everything that’s going on, I delivered the profits raised from our bake sale today! I wish my students could have saw their reaction. I am one proud teacher.
