Starting today, you can connect multiple accounts with most plugins in ChatGPT! 🎉
Bring context from your work and personal accounts into the same conversation. Connect your accounts in the plugin directory: chatgpt.com/plugins
Devs: this works automatically, with no changes needed.
But, to make the experience for users of your plugin even better, add a profile tool to your MCP server so ChatGPT can label the accounts: developers.openai.com/plugin…

GitHub plugin syncing is now available for ChatGPT workspaces, including Business and Enterprise.
Admins can import a Codex or Claude marketplace from a public or private repo and share its plugins with their team.
The workspace picks up changes daily, or sooner with Sync now, so there’s no need to upload a ZIP for every update.
Existing installation and app-access controls still apply.
If you use a personal account, you can already add plugin repos in the desktop app.
Workspace admins can get started under Workspace settings → Plugins → Add → Import marketplace.

AGI is nothing without its plugins
AGI is happening. The models are getting smarter and smarter. We're seeing early signs of recursive self-improvement. Whatever your definition of AGI, it either has happened already or will happen shortly.
But, to be maximally useful for people models need to be able to interact with the world. They need to be able to speak to the systems and data that people already use every day.
OpenAI can’t build every connection to every system in the world. The people who know those systems best need to build them.
That's why I'm at OpenAI working on plugins.

Every race, every leg, every boat: a map, stats table, VMG violin by tack, time-synced SOG/VMG/TWA charts. What used to take an hour of scrolling now takes one click.
Good engineering strives for simplicity. We remove building blocks until the system is as simple as can be. When we reach this stage, we call it elegant. It’s hard to design but easier to debug and maintain. And yet, the products we love are full of hidden complexity.
Now I rationalize this differently. These are good design choices because in product engineering, the only trade-off that beats simple engineering is one that simplifies the experience for the user. Even when it comes at great cost.

I've been filming my sails with Meta Ray-Bans, and it's become a gadget I didn't expect to love this much. Every frame is timestamped. Every frame becomes a data point.

Click any moment in the replay. If there's a video, it plays — synced to your speed, heel angle, and position on the course.

We put iPhones on foiling boats and streamed live data to the coach's iPad. Position, speed, heading, heel, pitch — all in real time.
