Healthcare exp in government hospitals haven’t improved. My Exp in Patan hospital - Dr. snapped when asked a ques. - Parking guard thinks he runs the hospital - Billing used personal QR for payment and when I asked for an invoice, lashed out. Why is all of this normalized?
