If you can get 1 Customer, You can get 10. If you can get 10 Customers, you can get 100.
Congrats to Team @BenepikPerks for onboarding 50+ New Clients in Oct. My Mantra: Never Quit, Always hire ambitious people. Recruiting is important, developing them is even more important.

Something I just told a founder: Stay as small as you can for as long as you can. People who come to visit your office should always be surprised that such an important company has so few employees.

Your entire life will change when you realize that energy fuels growth. Give your energy to stress, complaints, and negative people, they will grow. Give your energy to ambitions, gratitude, and positive people, they will grow. Choose wisely.

Innovation is art - it can’t be scaled.
Scaling a team creates a hierarchy to reduce coordination costs.
Hierarchy introduces the Principal-Agent problem.
Agents optimize for status and cohesion over correctness.
Going from zero to one requires a founder-led flat team.
