Dear @greateranglia . Do not make a platform alteration only minutes before departure, across a bridge, when the lift is out of service. And also please advise your station staff to pass on complaints rather than merely protest that they didn't personally make the decision.

Short version: If you order from @UberEats and the restaurant makes a mistake, you will not be allowed to contact the restaurant to let them know. You will be given a partial refund, not enough to cover placing a new order because UberEats will claw it back in fees anyway.
