Come join us at The Bangor Police Department for a fun and empowering self-defense class designed specifically for women. Learn essential techniques to defend yourself in various situations and gain confidence in your ability to protect yourself. This in-person event will cover basic skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your personal safety and well-being! The cost for this class is $25.00, but once you take and complete the course you have a FREE lifetime return and practice opportunity. If you would like to attend, but cannot afford this class, please email us! We have scholarship opportunities you can apply for! Course attendance is all three days beginning on November 18th from 4PM-7:30 PM, November 22 from 4PM-7:30 PM and November 24th from 12:30 PM- 4PM.
