We should not feel guilty for wanting a pay increase in line with other education staff. It's not our fault or burden to bear alone. We're not to blame. We're the ones working hard to balance budgets, often seen as the bad guys for it. No wonder so many leave the profession. 🫤

@ASCL_UK is disappointed that, for the third consecutive year, the differentiated nature of this award means that those working in business leadership roles receive a lower pay award than most of the education workforce.
