❤️🐾 To them, every morning is another reason to believe we will return.
They don't know what it takes to prepare their food, how difficult it can be to find the resources, or how much effort goes into keeping this routine alive. They simply recognize our footsteps, gather around us, and wait with the same familiar trust.
Today, as every day, my family and I showed up to feed them, provide clean water, and make sure they receive the basic care they need.
My children are learning something important through these small daily moments: kindness is not measured by how easy it is to give, but by our willingness to keep caring when circumstances are difficult.
Here in Gaza, the number of dogs depending on this care continues to grow, while contributions have become increasingly slow. We are doing everything we can, but keeping this commitment alive requires help from others too.
Tomorrow, they will be waiting again. We want to be able to meet them with food, care, and the same promise they have learned to trust.

When these dogs see us approaching, their familiar faces, hopeful eyes, and wagging tails remind us that they have come to depend on this daily care. And we know that for them, consistency matters.
My family and I continue to provide their daily food, clean water, and basic care. My children are growing up understanding that compassion is not just something we talk about; it is something we practice, even when life around us is difficult.
But caring for so many lives in Gaza is a responsibility that cannot rest on one family's shoulders alone. Contributions have slowed, while the needs remain. Love gives us the reason to continue, but food, medicine, and other essentials require resources.
We don't want these familiar faces to lose the care they have learned to trust.
We will keep showing up for them. I hope more kind hearts will stand with us so that this care can continue tomorrow, and the day after.
