We have made 150 visors so far which have been donated to Queens, Whipps Cross & The Royal Free hospitals. We have had many requests but we have limited resources and access as we also have to protect our staff but we will try to make as many as we can. #londontogether @NHSuk

I am one of the 7 billion human beings alive today. We each have a responsibility to think about humanity and the good of the world because it affects our own future. We weren’t born on this planet at this time to create problems but to bring about some benefit.

Reach out to that friend you haven’t heard from in a while, you never know what they might be going through. We all struggle at times and it’s unbelievably helpful to talk and listen. #MentalHealthIsHealth
