I planted 2 Eleanor roses this weekend in memory of my oldest dearest schoolfriend. A friend of her 2 daughters is raising money for @mndassoc in the Brighton marathon. Any donations would be so appreciated. instagram.com/p/CnhwD4WoHwr/

20 years ago today we adopted dear Norman. He’s sadly no longer with us, but he loved sitting under this tree and Norman’s Jubilee is in flower in his honour! 😻

Beautiful tulips in Norfolk earlier today #tulipsfortapping23 - raising money for @Norfolk_Hospice . Thanks to all the volunteers who were so helpful.

Daisy Crossley is fundraising for Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of my oldest lovely school friend Ellie. Check out @JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving justgiving.com/fundraising/d…

I realise that I’ve been volunteering at @SWCCHedgehogs for 9 years today! I’ve met a lot of 🦔 in that time, including some in our garden, and met some lovely people. Sorry I’ve not been for a while but I’ll be back to help when I can - over the festive break.

Norman’s Jubilee aster has just started to flower. Planted in memory of our lovely Norman the cat who used to sleep under the tree. 😻

Cecil looks very cute and is in very good hands/paws. Everyone @mini_wright is so lovely. Mint and I had to visit twice this week - you are all so responsive to emails, calls and so caring to the important members of our family 😻and the grown ups who get upset! Thank you.

Thanks to Mini from @mini_wright for calling to talk about Dill after his recent treatment. Busy day here for him and his brother Mint! 🤗😻

At the end of #hedgehogawarenessweek I’ve just seen a 🦔 in the garden!! We used to have lots visiting each night but not for 3/4 years. Have seen 💩 recently but wasn’t certain. We’ve put food out now and will be watching for more sightings. What a privilege! 🤞

Very excited to see we have new neighbours today! 🪶 Saw them through the kitchen window - lots of activity!

🇺🇦 We have given money to support charities for Ukraine. But I saw on here that Ukraine based Etsy shops are doing digital downloads - knitting, crochet etc. I don’t do either but have found some lovely pictures that I’ve downloaded. A tiny bit of support I can offer. 🇺🇦

As part of the @NewtonGateway team, I agree - I’ve been privileged to hear both @CathNoakes & Julia Gog from @JuniperConsort1 present their research and experience. Thanks to them both.

Proud that a work project I’ve been involved in over the past 18 months was presented a knowledge exchange award earlier today. @NewtonGateway @V_KEMS

The first @freya_north book I read was her first- “Sally” and that was an uncorrected proof - which was the start of my collection. So looking forward to this new book!

I was back at @SWCCHedgehogs today where I volunteer ( not been able to go for ages). Went to admire the @SheprethWPark Great Grey Owls- I adopted them for my Dad for Christmas. Lovely to see 🦔 & 🦉 again.

Thanks so much to @mini_wright for looking after Mint earlier, after he had more than words with another 🐈‍⬛! As requested he is having a “duvet day”. I might join him!

Thanks to @SalixArts for replacing the willow edges to our little flower beds today. Dill has given them a good look and he approves too.

Mint and I have been trying to pretend it’s not cold! He’s keeping an eye on the field.
