We are proud to implement Discreet Log Contracts — first proposed by @tdryja , who co-invented the Lightning Network, and further developed by @Suredbits , the first team to ever implement DLCs.
At @DLC_Link our goals are 1. building DLC infrastructure that makes it easy for developers to use native BTC in EVM and non-EVM chains (including Bitcoin L2s), 2. supporting the development of the DLC community, and 3. enabling new DeFi products for Bitcoin holders.
We believe that CeFi has clearly shown its shortcomings and that DeFi on Eth is currently the most decentralized option. To that effect, we’ll be launching dlcBTC and other products next year that enable Bitcoin holders to more safely use DeFi on EVM L2s.
