True. Most people aren’t using today’s AI to its full potential.
Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible.
We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial:

One question we get from customers isn’t just "What AI should we buy?" (oh, by the way Rovo is already included! 😉) but "How do we actually get our teams to use it?"
Internal adoption is the hardest part of the AI transition. For our R&D org - especially across Product and Design - the single most impactful lever we’ve found is AI Builders Week.
We’ve just open-sourced the playbook so you can run your own. Here is why I think it works really well:
1️⃣ Synchronised Focus (The "No-Guilt" Zone)
We block out time across all crafts - especially Product and Design counter parts at the exact same time. This synchronisation is key. It ensures no one feels guilty for "tinkering" instead of shipping, and no one is blocked by a teammate because the whole team is learning together
2️⃣ From Inspiration to Implementation
It’s a curated journey. We start with knowledge sharing from external thought leaders and internal success cases to spark ideas. Then, we move into deep-dive tracks - everything from building no-code Rovo agents in your Confluence and Jira workflows, to running no-code evals, and setting up dev environments.
3️⃣ Celebrating the "Fail"
The week finishes with a Demo Day, but here’s an important callout: we celebrate the learnings over the project success. It’s about maximising learning loops. Whether a prototype is production and agent that kind of works.. but then sometimes looked like it's had a late night out 🤣 or a total hallucination, the goal is that everyone is tinkering and learning. Embrace it.
The AI Builders Week Playbook:
Day 1: Inspire - External perspectives and internal showcases.
Day 2: Skills - Hands-on labs (Agents, Automations, Evals, App Building).
Day 3: Build - Dedicated time to create AI workflows, apps, agents etc.
Day 4: Demo - Sharing insights, successes, and "glorious failures."
If you want to jumpstart AI fluency in your own org, we’ve put everything we learned into a "Builders Week in a Box" template.
