Absolutely shocking customer service , inaccurate information, thousands of pounds spent on a pre-prder and no information known when it will arrive. First baby and no pram/cars seat and all the accessories. A worry my daughter and I can do without

What a waste of time having @actionfrauduk supposedly trying to protect you. An entire fake website in my name, using my biography, images, name , address etc etc and @Hostinger the hosting company can't do anything about it !! Its identity theft right in front of your eyes ffs!
Please someone highlight this ludicrous decision making ? No wonder we have a drink and drug problem in this country.
