✅ ଧାନ ଓ ଅଣଧାନ ବିହନ କ୍ରୟ ପାଇଁ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟକୁ DBT ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରାଯିବ।
✅ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ମାଗଣାରେ ପନିପରିବା ମିନିକିଟ୍ ପ୍ରଦାନ ସହ ବନ୍ୟା ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ରୋଗ-ପୋକ ପରିଚାଳନା ପାଇଁ ୭୫% ସବ୍ସିଡି ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ।
✅ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଯୁଦ୍ଧକାଳୀନ ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର ଓ ମରାମତି ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରାଯିବ।
✅ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ସମ୍ପଦ କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ସହ ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ଡଙ୍ଗା, ଜାଲ ଓ ପୋଖରୀର ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇଁ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀ ଓ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।
✅ ଇଚ୍ଛୁକ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ମିଆଦୀ ଖରିଫ୍ କୃଷି ଋଣକୁ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଅବଧି ଋଣରେ ପରିଣତ କରାଯିବ।
✅ ହସ୍ତଶିଳ୍ପ ଓ ହସ୍ତତନ୍ତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଉପକରଣ ଓ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରପାତି ପାଇଁ ₹୫,୦୦୦ ଏବଂ କଞ୍ଚାମାଲ/ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ କ୍ଷତି ପାଇଁ ₹୫,୦୦୦ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଯିବ।
✅ ରାସ୍ତାଘାଟ ଓ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମିର ସାମୟିକ ମରାମତି ସହ ଚୂଡାନ୍ତ ଆକଳନ ପରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ପାଣ୍ଠି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।
✅ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ହେବା ଯାଏଁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ରନ୍ଧା ଓ ଶୁଖିଲା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସହ ରିଲିଫ୍ ଚାଉଳ ବଣ୍ଟନ ଜାରି ରହିବ।
✅ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ପରିବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ନିତ୍ୟବ୍ୟବହାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଓ ବାସନ-କୁସନ କ୍ରୟ ପାଇଁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।
ବନ୍ୟା କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପୂର୍ବସ୍ଥିତି ଫେରାଇ ଆଣିବା ଓ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଇଦେବା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା। ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ଆକଳନ ପରେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏହି ସହାୟତା ରାଶିକୁ ଆହୁରି ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରିତ କରାଯାଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

Highlighting the rationale behind the workshop, Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Smt. Ranjana Chopra said that Tribal Research Institutes must be empowered to emerge as centres of knowledge, research and policy support. Addressing participants at the National Workshop on Strengthening Tribal Research Institutes in Bhubaneswar, she remarked:

As development challenges evolve rapidly, Tribal Research Institutes must also evolve into centres for policy innovation, digital knowledge and interdisciplinary research. We must embrace modern research tools while ensuring that tribal communities themselves become active partners in the research and development process.
