AMERICA, IT IS TIME TO BAN CAIR! Hassan Shibly — the former CAIR-Florida director who resigned after abuse allegations — posted a furious video attacking ICE for detaining Hamas-apologist Sami Hamdi. Shibly is now claiming this is “how freedom dies.” No - this is how immigration law works. Sami Hamdi is a British foreign national who praised a U.S.-designated terror group and used U.S. platforms to mobilize support in that direction. Under U.S. law (INA §212(a)(3)(B)), that is espousal of terrorist activity, and it makes you removable. Shibly wants to call that “free speech.” Fine - then here is a question: If this is about “free speech,” why is @LauraLoomer — an American journalist - reportedly under a court order restricting her ability to speak about CAIR, while CAIR officials and their defenders can talk about her publicly all day long? Can CAIR explain this double standard to the public? Does anyone realize how inverted that is? And where are all the so-called U.S. journalists who claim to defend press freedom - why is no one raising their voice to defend Laura Loomer? America is starting to feel more like a country operating under Islamic blasphemy logic - where speech is allowed when it protects the ideology, and punished when it criticizes it. Meanwhile, a foreign terror-praiser gets defended as a “free speech victim.” The double standard could not be clearer. One last point... Based on my understanding of the court ruling, Laura Loomer would not even be allowed to retweet a post like this herself because it mentions CAIR - so help me out and be her voice. Is this really America!? I say it is time to BAN CAIR! When are our political leaders going to ACT?
