A San Francisco Federal Reserve paper recently found that the influx of unauthorized immigrants under the radical left accounted for 20% of rent growth during the 2021-2024 Bidenflation surge.
By contrast, President Trump’s immigration enforcement policies are producing the opposite effect. State-level data show a strong association between increased immigration enforcement and more affordable rents.

Joe Rogan is horrified as Steve Hilton reveals where the 330,000 migrant kids Biden lost actually ended up.

A caseworker told Hilton they were ordered to ignore obviously fake IDs and get the kids out the door as fast as possible.
Their directive was “Speed over safety.” If something happens to the kids, so be it.
One girl was put on a plane, handed off to three strange men, and forced to work 20 hours a day.
ROGAN: “Oh my God, it’s shocking. That’s so evil.”
The kids were given a hotline to call if they were in danger. The problem was getting anyone to answer.
HILTON: “There were 65,000 unanswered calls to the hotline.”
And the people who flagged it? “FIRED.”
ROGAN: “It doesn’t even seem like it could be real.”
When Bobby Kennedy Jr. previously described what happened to these kids, he called it a “huge, huge tragedy.”
KENNEDY: “One guy pretended to be the parent of 42 children. We have no idea what happened to those kids.”
“There was about 60 kids who were sent to one address. When we looked at that address, it was a container, a steel container in the middle of a parking lot.”
“A lot of them were sent to work at slaughterhouses and picking fruits in the fields. They were slaves.”
“It’s a huge, huge tragedy. My agency [under Biden] was the single biggest child trafficker in the world.”
And now Xavier Becerra, the man who presided over all of it, wants to be governor of California.

We need more independent packing in this country. The Big 4 own more of the market than most people know, and the independent guy gets squeezed a little more every day.

As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

It is clear that Donald Trump displays a level of corruption that no other public official can even come close to at a fraction. The question why do we allow him.
The Trump administration negotiated a $1.6 billion U.S.-Kazakhstan tungsten mining deal that directly benefits the families of President Donald Trump and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick.
The Deal Structure
Signed on November 6, 2025, the agreement grants Kaz Resources (via its affiliate Cove Kaz Capital Group) a 70% stake in a joint venture with Kazakhstan’s state mining firm Tau-Ken Samruk to develop one of the world’s largest untapped tungsten deposits. The U.S. Export-Import Bank and the International Development Finance Corporation approved preliminary financing of up to $1.6 billion for the project. Tungsten is critical for U.S. defense manufacturing, including missile warheads and fighter jet parts, as the U.S. seeks to reduce reliance on Chinese supply chains.
Family Financial Ties
A New York Times investigation revealed that weeks after the St. Regis Hotel negotiations where Trump and Lutnick secured the deal, the following investments occurred:
Dominari Securities, partly owned by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, acquired a 20% stake in a corporate entity linked to the project on October 31, 2025—just six days before the formal signing.
Cantor Fitzgerald, run by Lutnick’s sons Brandon and Kyle, helped raise $210 million for a related entity involved in the transaction.
The NYT identified at least 14 other companies with ties to the Trump or Lutnick families that are actively pursuing U.S. government-backed critical minerals projects, with roughly half of the administration’s $19 billion in approved federal funding going to these linked entities.

Reminder: Barack Obama embraced and helped foment the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood across the Middle East from the start of his presidency, commencing with the very first speech he gave overseas on his "World Apology Tour" -- to which his admin "insisted" a number of Muslim Brotherhood representatives attend.
He delivered that speech in Cairo, Egypt, a nation that just a couple years later the Muslim Brotherhood would take over -- something the Obama admin effectively enabled, and that Abdul El-Sayed cheered on.
The "Arab Spring," largely supported by the Obama admin -- in contrast to efforts to oust Iran's Khomeinist regime -- led to destabilizing Islamic supremacist takeovers across the region and an explosion of jihad.
