Dear @Apple @AppleSupport. How can you feel it acceptable to recall a MacBook Pro due a battery fire risk (i.e an Apple manufacturing defect), and then expect a self-employed customer who uses the laptop daily to wait 3 weeks while you send away to replace the battery? #appleuk
