The thing that always seems lost with these #ExtraordinaryExtensions is proportion. Space for the sake of it leaving an unbalanced house sitting awkwardly in too small a plot with way too much money spent
I really wish they’d feature better budgets on #extraordinaryextensions A piffling 700k…. Barely enough for a functioning kitchen these days.
Bet the prices in the care homes went up to fund that monstrosity #ExtraordinaryExtensions
It’s nafftastic. It’s ghastly. They’ve tried to recreate every rubbish trend they’ve seen in Grubai. It’s hilariously awful. #ExtraordinaryExtensions
Started as Ibiza, now Marbella - probably Skeggy by the end #ExtraordinaryExtensions
No. Just no. #ExtraordinaryExtensions. All that deco crammed in that space is awful. The marble gets lost which is a tragedy. A nasty pastiche.
Best scheme so far on #GCBeautifulBuilds because it isn’t a vast open space. Kept it intimate. No horrible bifolds.
George being shifty with the numbers there. The budget was 120k. She ‘spent’ 250k. I’m longing for a programme where they stick to a budget. Would be nice #GCBeautifulBuilds
Hideous. #GCBeautifulBuilds. Just shows that it doesn’t matter how much (bank) money you throw at a project - if you ain’t got taste…..
120k 180k 230k…. Once again it’s the ridiculous magic budget game. George Clarke and Kevin McCloud are basically competing to see who can come up with the most fantastical budget without explaining where it comes from. Cost of living crisis anyone? #beautifulbuilds
Steps between a kitchen and dining space? No no no. Impractical and an unnecessary hazard. #beautifulbuilds
Oh come on. Prep kitchens or back kitchens have been around for a long time. They may not be common in the UK but that’s down to multiple factors including plot size but they are a thing. Getting good advice about layout is key #beautifulbuilds
