Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC: SDRC) — Statement Regarding MSHA Inspections Sidney Resources welcomes the opportunity to address recent public discussion regarding MSHA inspections at our Lucky Ben Mine in Idaho. We acknowledge the citations and orders issued during these inspections and take every finding seriously. We also believe it is important to provide perspective on the process, the substantial progress being made, and our unwavering commitment to safety. First and foremost, our experience with the Boise MSHA team has been exceptionally positive. Their professionalism, expertise, and constructive approach have been outstanding. We sincerely appreciate their commitment to working with our team to strengthen our operations and ensure compliance. We embrace MSHA’s involvement because our missions are aligned: protecting people, preventing accidents, and continually improving workplace safety. MSHA inspections can result in multiple citations at both developing and established mining operations. While the number of citations should be viewed within the broader context of the inspection and the nature of the findings, this perspective in no way diminishes our responsibility to address every identified issue. Our goal is zero citations, zero accidents, and zero injuries. At Sidney Resources, we believe safety is a culture, not simply a regulatory requirement. It begins with leadership and extends to every employee, contractor, and visitor. Regulatory compliance is our minimum expectation. Our ultimate objective is to build and sustain an environment where everyone returns home safely, every day. We have already resolved numerous citations and continue making substantial progress addressing the remaining findings. MSHA personnel returned to our site yesterday, October 19, as we continue working collaboratively through the corrective action process. Our contracted mining operator, Western Frontier, has engaged a highly qualified MSHA consultant to further strengthen our safety management systems, training programs, operational procedures, and ongoing compliance efforts. We are proud of our accident-free operating record and remain committed to maintaining it. Every inspection, every finding, and every corrective action presents an opportunity to learn, improve, and reinforce the safety culture we are building. We want to express our sincere appreciation to the Boise MSHA team. While regulatory oversight is sometimes viewed as adversarial, that has not been our experience. We have found MSHA personnel to be professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the safety of those working in the mining industry. We value that relationship and look forward to continuing our work together. Additional details regarding the inspections, corrective actions, and progress toward resolution will be included in our third-quarter corporate reporting. At Sidney Resources, safety is more than a regulation to follow. It is a culture we build, a responsibility we share, and a commitment we make to every person who enters our operations. It is not a technical report summary, an initial assessment, a preliminary economic assessment, or a mineral resource or reserve statement, and it has not been prepared or reviewed by a qualified person. No figure in it has been verified to the standards of SEC Regulation S-K subpart 1300 or NI 43-101. Grades and tonnages described here are historical records, company sampling, and a non-compliant historical estimate. Historical estimates of this kind are frequently not confirmed by modern work, and in many cases are materially reduced by it. Gross in-situ metal value — tonnes multiplied by grade multiplied by metal price — is used in Section 5 for scale only. It ignores recovery, dilution, capital cost, operating cost, taxes and the time value of money, and it is not a valuation of the company or the property. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any investor should assume the project may not be developed and that invested capital may be lost in full.

$SDRC Q2 FY2026 Update – Building the Foundation for Resource Definition & Production ⛏️🇺🇸 🔗 otcmarkets.com/file/company/… Q2 FY2026 marked another major advancement period for Sidney Resources Corporation as the Company continued transforming the Warren District Project from underground exploration into a more comprehensive operating platform capable of supporting drilling, resource definition, and production. Lucky Ben – Building an Underground Operating Platform Underground advancement continued toward the Company's primary target beneath the historically mined areas and winze at Lucky Ben. Importantly, a substantial portion of Q2 was dedicated to building the permanent underground infrastructure required for sustained operations, including: ⚫️ Underground storage bays ⚫️ Water-management sumps ⚫️ Escape rooms & refuge areas ⚫️ Expanded electrical infrastructure ⚫️ Ventilation & air-management systems ⚫️ Dedicated underground diamond drill bays ⚫️ Ground support, access & utility improvements Management believes this work has transformed Lucky Ben from a linear exploration heading into a functioning underground operating platform capable of supporting continuous, year-round, multi-activity work. The newly constructed drill bays are particularly important, allowing future drilling of the vein system from underground at shorter distances, greater precision, and potentially lower cost than surface drilling. NI 43-101 – Advancing Toward Institutional-Grade Technical Disclosure During Q2, Sidney engaged Janus Mineral Strategy to prepare an NI 43-101 technical report covering the Company's Warren District holdings. The report remains in progress and is expected to incorporate future drill data from Lucky Ben as well as the Unity and Charity systems. This represents an important step toward independent technical validation, modern resource disclosure, and the Company's longer-term objective of defining the Warren District to institutional standards. Unity & Charity – Reviving a Historic Gold System Q2 also brought significant advancement at the Unity/Charity system. Company personnel examined the historic workings and confirmed that substantial portions of the approximately 5,200-foot Unity haulage tunnel remain open, accessible, and self-draining. Historically, the Unity system included more than 15,000 feet of underground development, excluding stopes, with the main haulage tunnel designed to intersect multiple mineralized vein systems at depth. The Company has now reconstructed historic engineering records into modern 3D digital models, mapping historic workings, structural controls, ore-shoot geometries, and conceptual underground drill targets. This work is being used to support development of a Plan of Operations for future exploration and development of the Unity/Charity system. Infrastructure & Access SDRC achieved another significant logistical milestone through agreements with Valley County and Idaho County allowing the early opening of Warren Wagon Road. The Company subsequently plowed approximately 23 miles of paved roadway over Secesh Summit, opening two lanes into the Warren area materially ahead of the historic seasonal opening. SDRC is now working with both counties toward a potential long-term road maintenance agreement designed to improve predictable seasonal access for the project and surrounding communities. Additional road improvements, culvert work, and infrastructure upgrades continued supporting the movement of personnel and heavier equipment throughout the district. Permitting Advancement Work continued throughout Q2 toward finalization of the Lucky Ben Plan of Operations governing removal of historic ore piles from National Forest System lands for processing on adjacent private property. The Company also advanced the Section 106 consultation process with the U.S. Forest Service and Idaho State Historic Preservation Officer, including archaeological monitoring and mitigation planning. Off-take & Commercialization Management engaged in negotiations with several companies regarding potential off-take agreements covering future: ⚫️ Gold & silver concentrates ⚫️ Platinum group metals ⚫️ Rare earth element concentrates ⚫️ Other strategic mineral products Samples were shipped to multiple independent laboratories during Q2, with assay and XRF data being provided to potential counterparties as part of technical diligence. The Company reported that more than 14 tons of #3 concentrate and 500+ tons of tailings are prepared for potential sale through future off-take arrangements, subject to analytical confirmation and definitive agreements. Financing Strategy – Limiting Dilution Another important Q2 initiative was the continued development of financing structures designed to advance the Warren District while limiting or eliminating shareholder dilution. Management evaluated multiple potential funding pathways, including: ⚫️ Municipal bond financing ⚫️ EB-5 capital ⚫️ Family office financing ⚫️ Structured debt ⚫️ Off-take financing & prepayments ⚫️ Federal grants This disciplined financing strategy is designed to support large-scale project advancement while protecting long-term shareholder value. Corporate Leadership During Q2, former Idaho Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter joined Sidney Resources as Chairman. His addition further strengthened the Company's leadership as SDRC advances permitting, infrastructure, financing, community engagement, and long-term development initiatives throughout Idaho. Disciplined Share Structure Dec. 31, 2025: **376,752,467 O/S** June 30, 2026: **376,252,467 O/S** Reported common shares outstanding DECREASED by 500,000 shares during H1 2026. Q2 Milestone Summary During Q2, Sidney Resources: 1⃣ Built substantial underground infrastructure & dedicated drill bays at Lucky Ben 2⃣ Continued advancing toward the primary underground gold target 3⃣ Engaged Janus Mineral Strategy for an NI 43-101 technical report 4⃣ Confirmed substantial portions of the historic 5,200-ft Unity Tunnel remain accessible 5⃣ Completed modern 3D reconstruction & conceptual drill targeting of the Unity system 6⃣ Opened ~23 miles of Warren Wagon Road ahead of the traditional season 7⃣ Advanced USFS permitting & Section 106 consultation 8⃣ Advanced multiple potential offtake discussions & independent assay programs 9⃣ Advanced multiple financing pathways designed to limit shareholder dilution 🔟 Strengthened corporate leadership with former Idaho Governor Butch Otter as Chairman Positioning for the Second Half of 2026 Q1 was about underground advancement and reaching the Little Giant Vein. Q2 was about building the infrastructure necessary to capitalize on it. SDRC enters the second half of 2026 advancing underground drilling capabilities, NI 43-101 technical reporting, Lucky Ben permitting, Unity/Charity development planning, independent assay programs, financing initiatives, and commercial off-take pathways. The Warren District continues evolving from a collection of historic mines into a modern, district-scale U.S. gold, silver and critical minerals development project. ⛏️🇺🇸 #SDRC #Gold #Silver #Mining #Idaho #CriticalMinerals #RareEarths #USMining

$SDRC This is what validation looks like: a global partner independently testing our material and committing to bring it to market. As Ocean Partners, CEO Brent Omland put it — "a validation and verification of the value of the Warren Valley project." oceanpartners.com/
$sdrc Sidney Resources announced a firm offtake with Ocean Partners for approximately 25,000 tonnes of direct-shipping gold ore. A globally recognized trading house has committed. Independent verification supported the decision. Commercial terms are in place. Doubt is easy. Delivering is harder. We’re focused on the latter. $SDRC | Warren Valley, Idaho #gold #silver Read more: sidneyresources.com/news/sid… 🇺🇸 #OTCID

Community Update | Houston Fire – McCall Ranger District Sidney Resources was the first to report the Houston Fire on the McCall Ranger District, allowing for a rapid response by the U.S. Forest Service and firefighting personnel. Early detection can make all the difference, and we are grateful for the swift response of the U.S. Forest Service and the firefighters who continue working to contain the fire and protect our forests, wildlife, and surrounding communities. This marks the fourth wildfire in recent years that Sidney Resources has been the first to report while working in these remote mountains. In another incident, Sidney Resources was also the first to report a small aircraft crash, helping emergency responders reach the scene as quickly as possible. Living and working in rural Idaho means looking out for one another. Whether it’s reporting a wildfire, assisting during an emergency, or simply being good stewards of the land, we all share a responsibility to help protect our communities and our public lands. To the U.S. Forest Service, the firefighters, and everyone supporting the response to the Houston Fire, thank you for your courage, professionalism, and unwavering commitment. We are grateful for everything you do and pray for your continued safety as you work to protect our communities and our forests. Strong communities are built by neighbors looking out for neighbors. $SDRC #SDRC #SidneyResources #WesternFrontier #USForestService #McCallRangerDistrict #Wildfire #Idaho #FirstResponders #Community #PublicLands

$SDRC | Clarifying the Offtake Graphic The offtake summary shared focuses on one sequenced piece of the plan — near-term monetization of the Knott surface stockpile (~25,000 t) as a lower-risk cash-flow bridge. This is not the full picture. Concurrently we are advancing: • Unity Tunnel system reopening & district-scale validation • Little Giant and additional vein systems • Broader Warren District expansion planning • Remediation diligence and environmental pathway work (including aspects of our patented laser technology) Surface stockpile progress and underground development are running in parallel. Capital is being sequenced against verified, shipment-ready material while the larger system is systematically de-risked. #OTCID #SDRC #WarrenDistrict #CriticalMinerals #IdahoMining #Gold #miningstocks
