So after a whole lot of back and forth, found out @comcastcares really doesn’t: They want me to pay a $15.00 shipping fee to send me a new box to replace their defective box, and they want to charge a month “rental” $9.95 for the replacement box.

@comcastcares 1 of my my boxes failed a week ago You emailed me a label to return it for replacement today i called an confirmed the shipment received but no one has sent a new box. Rep on phone tries to up-sell me to sign up for a new plan. All I want is a box that works help!

First huge cracks in the "EYE BOLTS", now the cables are breaking, but CALTRANS just did a complete inspection and said it was "SAFE"
