A DNS issue which was preventing some endpoints to serve is resolved.

All 7.3.2 installations are upgraded to 7.9.1

All Elasticsearch 6 versions are upgraded to 6.8.

Elasticsearch version 7.3 is available and can be provisioned from dashboard.

confirming the issue related to a network problem, restarting some vm, should be much better already, please check.
