La justicia no puede ser implacable con unos y complaciente con otros. Todos los delitos deberían ser investigados con rigor y seriedad. TODOS.
La justicia pierde confianza cuando la corrupción o delitos de cuello blanco se investigan según quién es la persona: unos casos duermen (y toscamente se protege a intocables) y otros avanzan a toda velocidad.
Esa insana selectividad no solo siembra dudas: convierte a la justicia en un instrumento de poder (del que sea).

As per @FT, a coming global copper shortage will have several major impacts:
- Threatens Key Megatrends including the green transition, the AI explosion, the military investment rush, and infrastructure booms in developing countries.
- Massive long-term shortage beginning in 2028, with supply undershooting demand by 8% in 2035 and 44% in 2050.
- Prices reached a record $14,875 per tonne on the London Metal Exchange—up 76% since the start of 2024—driven by supply-demand mismatches, geopolitical crises, and US tariff speculation.
- Much potential demand will go unmet. While AI hyperscalers will pay whatever is necessary to secure supplies, the pace and cost of the energy transition, particularly in developing countries, will be severely impacted.

If the state has any solid evidence linking its detained political opponents to organized crime, it should produce it fast.
Otherwise this is clearly just political persecution in service of building a political hegemony.
