Si podes trabajar en tech, empieza en tech. porque harías otra cosa?
Podes aprender todo lo que dice en un laburo tech tamb.
Si estás arrancando en tech, sos pibe y nunca laburaste de nada, aprovechá y meté aunque sea seis meses en un laburo más tradicional: atención al público, call center, depósito, gastronomía, lo que sea.
Hay algo muy importante en entender lo que significa laburar poniendo el cuerpo. Cumplir horarios aunque no tengas ganas, llegar a tiempo, ser educado con gente que quizás no lo es con vos, bancarte jefes, clientes, cansancio, días chotos y aun así hacer bien tu trabajo.
Te enseña disciplina, responsabilidad, paciencia y a convivir con personas muy distintas a vos. También te sube muchísimo la vara de resistencia al estrés.
Patee la calle por necesidad de muy chico y realmente me ayudo muchisimo.
Cuando después tengas la oportunidad de laburar en lo que te gusta, probablemente valores mucho más dónde estás parado.
No porque tech sea fácil, sino porque conocés el esfuerzo desde otro lugar.
Gadi te lleva una semana a san francisco. Toda la gente que fue se le movieron un poco al menos las ideas.
